Day 1

Arrival, Sisian, Goris

Julfa, Sisian , visit to the observatory /Karaunj- Goris/. Karahundj - Armenia’s Stonehenge. This stone circle, now shown to be a prehistoric observatory, long predates Stonehenge in England. Ancient inscriptions found here may mark the birthplace of the Zodiac and of Western Civilization itself. Possibly it was the world's first astronomical observatory founded 7500 years ago. Take a stroll in Goris town, one of the most beautiful towns in Armenia. Its a town in orchards where the houses have the same unique architecture with red tile roofs and arched windows.

Day 2

Trip to Yerevan

Visit Khdzoresk, an abandoned cave town with thousands of cave, Riding the worlds longest cable-car (5.7km) we visit the miraculous Tatev Monastery, a formidable monastic complex founded in the 9th century. Its the biggest monastery in Armenia located on a rocky peninsula more than 100 meters above the Vorotan River. According to tradition the relics of the Apostles, Sts. Peter and Paul, were placed under the dome's supporting pillars. Leisure time. Dinner. Overnight in Yerevan

Day 3

Exploring Armenian Major Christian Establishments

Breakfast at the Hotel. Visit to Echmiadzin including Main cathedral (303 AD) and Museum, churches St Gayane (630 AD) and St Hripsime (618 AD). Lunch. Zvartnots temple (643 AD). Leisure time. Dinner. Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 4

Garni and Geghard

Breakfast at the Hotel. Garni pagan temple (1st Century AC). Geghard Temple (4-13 cc AC). Lunch. Visit to Hand-Made Carpet production factory House of Davidian. Participation in carpet making process. Return to Yerevan. Leisure Time. Dinner. Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 5

Exploring Sevan lake

Breakfast at the Hotel. Haghartsin cathedral. Lunch in Sevan (fish). Sevan lake, peninsula and Sevan Monastery (9-13 cc). Return to Yerevan. Leisure time). Overnight in Yerevan

Trip to Kapan

Trip to Kapan. Sightseeing about Kapan. Farewell dinner at one of the best restaurants in Kapan.
